Where thicker materials, as well as heat related concerns are present, the waterjet has proven to be an effective alternative to otherwise costly and inferior methods of fabrication.

In addition to cutting thicker materials and even some exotics such as Titanium alloys and synthetics, our Omax waterjet has proven quite useful in tooling production from cutting form dies and other tooling components. Upon request, we are also happy to provide test cuts from your material to help determine production needs and requirements.
