Chapman Engineering currently maintains three production Mazak Laser Cutting Machines.

Our decision to use Mazak lasers was based on a number of factors. Some of which are accuracy and durability. Combined with exceptional factory support, backup and same day parts availablity, your job will never be late due to machines being down.

Currently housing 1000w, 2500w and 4000w machines, we are able to cut materials from .010 to .375 thick in such materials as mild steels, stainless steels and aluminums. Whether we are running prototypes to prove your new tool, or cutting small run production jobs, you can be assured that we are able to keep up and running at all times, which in turn ensures that lead times and delivery schedules are met.
